By using the BAU Artificial Intelligence Opportunities Platform, you accept the following terms. These terms govern the purpose of the platform, the rights relating to its content and the responsibilities associated with its use.
Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to all pages and content of this platform provided by Bahçeşehir University. Visiting or using the platform means that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, we kindly ask that you do not use the platform.
Purpose of the platform
The platform is an informational resource that presents artificial intelligence tools, programmes, policies and opportunities. Access to tools, applications and request processes are carried out through official BAU systems and relevant third-party services. Content may be updated without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including texts, images, design and layout, belongs to Bahçeşehir University or the relevant rights holders and is protected under intellectual property law. The content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the platform (e.g. OpenAI, Coursera, Microsoft) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification/reference purposes.
Acceptable use
When using the platform, you agree to refrain from the following:
- Attempting to compromise the security, integrity or accessibility of the platform
- Sharing content by altering it in a misleading way or reproducing it without permission
- Any use contrary to applicable legislation, principles of academic integrity or the rights of third parties
- Overloading the platform through automated means or collecting data without authorisation
AI outputs and responsibility
The artificial intelligence tools and opportunities presented on the platform are of an auxiliary nature, supporting learning, research and production processes. AI outputs require verification; sources, data and methods must be checked under human oversight. Final academic, scientific, legal and administrative decisions, and the responsibility for them, always rest with the human.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. These links are provided solely for convenience; Bahçeşehir University is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those sites.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The platform content is provided "as is". While care is taken to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, its completeness or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, Bahçeşehir University cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions made in reliance on the information on the platform.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page; your continued use of the platform means that you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
