Intellectual and industrial property rights considerations
Intellectual and industrial property law was designed for people, and how AI-generated work will be protected is still taking shape. Free tools generally treat the prompts and data you enter as something they receive in exchange for use of the tool; for this reason, assume that everything you share and produce may become public.
