When you use AI output
A tool's output is a combination of your input and the information the tool draws from its own data sources. Be honest about your use of AI; do not conceal it and disclose it clearly when necessary. Learn and follow the specific rules that apply to the material (course syllabus, assignment guidelines, funding contract). Remember that some funders and international regulations take a different approach to AI.
AI outputs are meant to support you; without source verification and human review, they should not be used as definitive, final or the sole basis for a decision. The final decision and responsibility always rest with the user.
