BAU AI policies and guidelines
At BAU, the use of AI is assessed together with the university's relevant policies, standards, directives and guidelines. To ensure the safe, ethical, responsible use of AI tools in alignment with academic integrity, the BAU AI Policy, digital trust standards, academic integrity principles, and regulations concerning data security, information security, intellectual and industrial property, research ethics and the protection of personal data are all taken into account together.
The official texts of these regulations are published in both Turkish and English on the BAU Artificial Intelligence Regulations page, which brings all ten institutional documents together; they can be read or downloaded without leaving that page. All of the university's policies and directives in force can additionally be accessed through BAU's KAYSİS legislation page.
The headings below form a resource list organised by subject area. Documents whose official text has been published link directly to the corresponding entry on the regulations page; the others will be updated as they are published.
